Mr. Goldstone has built or advised many medical companies
Examples include:
• Healthwatch Medical Centers which he co-founded and built to 75 physicians treating over 80,000 patients per year before being acquired by HCA, the largest operator of hospitals in the US.
• Magella Healthcare where he raised $40 million in private equity prior to being acquired by Mednax. (NYSE:MD)
• Advised 5 different Alzheimer’s research practices on their sale to three different private equity backed buyers.
• He represented two mutual funds as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of a NASDAQ listed biotech company, Tago Inc.
Director of Finance
Mr. Venette has held senior finance positions at accounting firms and corporations and has successfully completed transactions with private equity backed companies that were represented by Deloitte, Price Waterhouse, and other large firms. He is an expert in government reporting, financial research, strategy, due diligence and all accounting functions necessary to complete complex financial transactions.
Financial Analyst
Ms. Logan CPA, is an expert in financial management and security fraud. She served on the Colorado Governor’s Task Force on Fraud. She managed accounting, finance, and facilities for a $1B engineering services company.
Medical Analyst
Ms. Lin was a Neurologist in China where she was the Head of the Department of Neurology at Nanjing First Hospital. After moving to the US, Ms. Lin became a Registered Nurse specializing in patients with Memory Disorders.
Attorney
Mr. Dunn is a partner in the law firm of Flanders, Elsberg, Herber and Dunn. He was a Board Member for the Longmont Humane Society. He was also the former Chairperson of the Elevations Credit Union Foundation.
